A Certified Home Inspection includes roof, foundation, exterior, interior, mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical using IR), and mold. 90 day structural, mechanical sewer, and mold warranties are also included as well as a 5-year roof leak protection plan and RecallCheck.

New Construction

Verify your investment with pre-drywall, final walkthrough, and 11-month warranty inspections for newly constructed homes. These inspections include all elements of our Certified Home Inspection. Discounts apply for pre-paid packaged services.

Additional Services

Add indoor air quality testing for mold, allergens,  radon, asbestos, lead paint, and drinking water. Additional inspections for pools, spas, barns, sheds, guest houses, and well certification for FHA/VA/HUD. Termite letters are available thorugh our partner network.
