11 Month Warranty Inspection

Take advantage of your builder’s 1-year warranty!

An 11 month builder’s warranty inspection is conducted up to 11 months after the date of construction completion (or sooner). The inspection includes a thorough examination of the Roof, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Structure, Appliances, Basement, Crawlspace, Attic, Interior, and Exterior to identify any issues or defects that are covered under the builder’s warranty.

We will perform a full inspection of your home on or before the 11th month to verify the condition of all major components according to our rigorous Standards of Practice to ensure that the builder has fulfilled their obligations under the warranty.

We will document any issues or defects that are found and provide detailed recommendations for repairs or replacements as needed.
