Home Inspection Services

Existing Homes

A Certified Home Inspection includes roof, foundation, exterior, interior, mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical using IR), and mold. 90 day structural, mechanical sewer, and mold warranties are also included as well as a 5-year roof leak protection plan and RecallCheck.

New Construction

Verify your investment in a newly constructed home with pre-drywall, final walkthrough, and 11-month warranty inspections. Fix problems before they become expensive issues. These inspections include all elements of our Certified Home Inspection. Discounts apply for pre-paid packaged services.

Additional Services

Add indoor air quality testing for mold, allergens, radon, asbestos, lead paint, and drinking water. Additional inspections for pools, spas, barns, sheds, guest houses, and well certification for FHA/VA/HUD. Termite letters are available thorugh our partner network.

RecallChek will alert you if any recalls are issued for your appliances or mechanical systems.

You can feel safe with us on your property as each team member has undergone a SupraKey background check. Our InterNACHI backed $25,000 Honor Guarantee will reimburse you if any personal property is stolen in the course of the inspection.
